Leiden and Birmingham trips

It was great to attend the "Biology and physics of the prokaryotic chromosome" workshop in Leiden,Netherlands, and the workshop on "Mobile Genetic Elements" in Birmingham, UK. It was great to hear great science, catching up with old friends, and making new friends.
